Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Parkoo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Parkoo.
Parkoo (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) is a data analytics and forecasting platform designed to help visitors plan their Universal Studios theme park trips. We provide wait-time forecasts, crowd-level predictions, Express Pass value analysis, optimal ride routing, and related planning tools based on historical data.
Parkoo provides forecasts and recommendations, not guarantees. All predictions — including wait times, crowd levels, Express Pass value estimates, and ride routing plans — are based on historical data and statistical models. Actual conditions at the park will differ. You are responsible for making your own final decisions.
Theme park conditions are inherently unpredictable. Factors outside our control — including but not limited to ride closures, weather, special events, staffing changes, and last-minute policy changes by the park — can cause actual outcomes to differ materially from our forecasts.
Parkoo is a decision-support tool. Our analyses are designed to inform your planning, not to replace your own judgment. You agree that you bear sole responsibility for all trip-related decisions and any resulting costs, including tickets, hotel bookings, Express Passes, and other purchases.
Parkoo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Universal Studios, Comcast NBCUniversal, or any of their subsidiaries. All park names, ride names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
To access paid features, you must sign in using your Google account. We use Google OAuth solely for authentication — we do not create or store usernames or passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
Trip plan purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time with reasonable notice.
Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your trip plan, please contact us at support@parkoo.io and we will work to resolve it.

All content, data, algorithms, forecasts, and software underlying Parkoo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Trip plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific forecast will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkoo and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of money, missed rides, or regret over park purchases — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by sending a notice to your registered email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
